The next two teams, based on points per game, from either division, will also qualify for the Midwest Developmental League playoffs as wildcard berths.
Quarterfinal games will be held on Friday, semifinals on Saturday and championship games on Sunday. A consolation bracket will also be provided.
Age Group Structure:
- U-13: Players born on or after January 1, 1998.

- U-15: Players born on or after January 1, 1996.

- U-17/18: Players born on or after January 1, 1993.
Players will be roster-tied to their teams for the duration of the event, even if a club has multiple age groups qualify. Regular Midwest Developmental League roster rules apply to the Midwest Developmental League playoffs.
Player Development Program (PDP):
In conjunction with the Midwest Developmental League playoffs, US Club Soccer will also be hosting a Player Development Program (PDP) event for the top 1999 and 2000 boys that are not participating in the Midwest Developmental League playoffs. The PDP event will take place on Sat., July 7, with a morning session and afternoon session, scouted by U.S. Soccer technical staff and US Club Soccer id2 Program staff. Players identified through the PDP event will be considered for inclusion into the U.S. Soccer National Team programming as well as US Club Soccer’s id2 Program Training Camps.
US Club Soccer will solicit recommendations for the PDP event during the spring, and will select participants based on these recommendations, performance in the Fall Showcase, and performance during the spring season. PDP sessions will be “staggered” with the U-13 and U-14 Midwest Developmental League playoffs, enabling scouts to observe players in both events.
